DON'T GO THERE
3 months on and still still waiting for my car to be repaired properly. The sill running along the bottom of the door was 'stuck' on but half hanging off with glue clearly visible in a gap where water could leak into my car. They damaged a piece of plastic trim that they said they would replace. The piece wasn't replaced just taped back on! The staff are rude and unhelpful, and blame each other for mistakes that are made. Managers all unavailable, on holiday or sick, I would not recommend Sewards accident repair to anyone.

Poor service by Seward ARC, Bournemouth
If you are looking to have your car repaired then I suggest that you stay away from this place. There is no communication on how your repair is going, staff are rude and unhelpful and the repair itself will take a ridiculously long time to complete (in my case: 3 weeks for a wing to be replaced).
