Poor service
I received a note through the door of the house I was selling telling me they had someone desparate to buy the house. This was a lie. I signed up with them and the house remained unsold for 7 months. Another local estate agent then sold it within a week. Because of their poor service I lost the house of my dreams during this 7 months wasted period. They then tried to charge me for making details and showing people round. Bad, bad, very bad
