I had a similar experience as previous review . Ordered a table and chairs in August supposed to be delivered end of Sept. no contact from store so we went to ask where dinning set was . Told not available until end of Oct ,eventually received a tel call to say furniture was in the store . Went and collected on the 2/11/14 unfortunately two sets of dinning room chairs did no match and were completely different table was also substandard as top had streaks of missing varnish . We contacted the store within two hours of collection and we were told they could reorder. However we ordered the table so as to avoid the rush for xmas delivery , and we were concerned about delivery date. We decided that we may receive a similar delay and substandard product so asked for a refund . WE were told they could not refund directly back to card with which we paid three hours previously but a cheque would be sent out to our address within 7 days . We waited from 2.11.14 until29.11.14 but no cheque appeared . We visited the store that evening and they agreed to make full refund back to my card. Unfortunately when the card statement arrived I became very alarmed to see that they had not refunded my money but in fact had taken the same amount back out of my account . This is yet to be resolved as when my husband went into the store we were told they could not authorise a refund and would contact me when office reopened .Unfortunately this is causing considerable stress as i have recently been diagnosed with cancer and it takes a large amount of energy to physically go to the store to try and resolve .Mt advice would be walk on b do not use this shop there is no customer service, staff have not apologised and when you speak to the staff they say very little and do not offer an explanation . I cannot buy a new dinning room set until I have received the money this firm unlawfully took from my account .

The bottom line: avoid these guys like the plague. The *worst* company I have ever dealt with, for any product. Our story: At the end of march 2014 we ordered a dining table and chairs (c.£800) We did this at the Bolton store. Lie 1. The sales assistant told us the lead time on our table and chairs was upto 10 weeks. She promised to ring us on the Monday (we ordered on a Saturday) to tell us exactly how long it would be. She never called. This became a recurring theme. 12 weeks or so pass before we begin ringing them. I called several times over the period of a few weeks, always to the Bolton store. I was only ever able to speak to either the sales assistant (who sold us it originally) or an admin person. They may have been the same person, never could figure that out. Over these few weeks the admin person repeatedly changed between saying it was on the boat (it had been made in Vietnam, and was being shipped) or was simply "due" in the next few weeks. She was reading the "due" date from a computer screen, and clearly had no *actual* information at all. At this point we were getting frustrated at the lack of willingness to do anything other than regurgitate the meaningless date from the screen. The admin person indicated that the director would be able to sort this out, and properly get to the bottom of it. Over a period of 2-3 weeks the admin assistant (allegedly) sent emails to the director of CFS asking him to call me back. He didn't call me back once. The admin assistant physically couldn't do anything more than email this guy. By the third time I was saying that he was ignoring me and just wasn't going to call me back, was he? So could she ring him? Absolutely impossible. Just couldn't/wouldn't understand. Fast forward to around mid Aug. 2014. Still not heard a peep from CFS about the whereabouts of our table and chairs. I call them up at this point to be told that the table is in a crate, in customs, in a UK port and will be deliverable by them in a week or so. Wait two more weeks. Call again, getting through to a different admin person, who casual as you like says it'll be mid-October. Which of course she has read from the meaningless computer screen. She hasn't got a clue how to provide any information other than this date. Utterly pointless employee. After a couple more ignored call back requests from admin and director he finally calls me. Its early-september. Finally, this man has the intelligence to pick up the phone and try to establish exactly where our table is. He calls me back. This is the first call from CFS to me in the whole saga. Its been nearly 6months. His excuse for the admin not calling me back? "Nobody likes giving bad news". Pathetic. It transpires that the table is not in the shipping crate in the port… so the admin outright lied to me, nor is it in the crate which is about to leave Vietnam. He offers me a different table which we didn't order. At no point did he concede they couldn't get the table, it's only been implied. And at no point did he provide any explanation for any of this. Had CFS called me earlier and put me through to someone who could pick up the phone to their supplier, then maybe it could've been sorted. The whole time they were holding our deposit. It took 7 weeks of repeated calls and incompetent lying staff to get our deposit back. "7 - 10 days" they originally said. Avoid this shower of shite at all costs. Admin outright lying. Not fulfilling the terms of their *own* contract. Ignoring requests for probably 30 call backs over a period of months.

Fully paid for items in march 2014. By october 2014 they were still giving me excuses and want to charge me a admin charge for a refund. Do not touch them unless you want to be out of pocket and annoyed.
