    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Went there on a Saturday evening at 8pm. The place looked quite promising with a good variety of dishes, an ice cream dispenser, a chocolate fountain and more particularly a Tepanyaki. To start with, we found that staff had an attitude and commented in an awkward manner on our choice of drinks (because we didn't order beer which they were obviously very eager to sell). The worst had to be that by 8.30pm there was hardly any food left in the trays and noone was bothered to refill them. We had to ask for prawns and mussels twice. Also don't expect staff to be ready to look after you because at 9pm 3 of them were having their own dinner instead of serving customers. We realised that because of greed they don't cook anything after 8pm (remembering the place is open till 10pm) but they STILL will charge you nearly £16 and -as they advertise it- an EXTRA 30% for wastage. Everything was just TERRIBLE, which is a real pity because the concept has so much potential. Will NEVER go back there.
