  • 5 I Got Results in Two Sessions

The sessions with David were quite informal and he was very easy to talk to. I was a bit sceptical about carrying out the personality test as I didn't think it would tell me anything I didn't know, but that, combined with talking to David, has helped me understand why I react to things the way I do. I now accept the things that I had wanted to change about myself. I also have specific strategies to try in the situations that I find difficult. I was delighted with how much was achieved in just two sessions!

  • 5 Excellent!

David saw me for several sessions related to stress at work. He firstly helped me understand that what I was feeling was normal for a stress related problem and allowed me some space to sort out in my head the stressors. He discussed exercise, eating and positive approaches to dealing with it. He was very constructive in his approach and offered several strategies for helping me to deal with the stress the most effective was Cognitive Behaviour therapy, which I continue to practice. He made me realise that it is not a sign of weakness to feel stress but it needs to be a a level that does not cause distress. It is taking me time to feel better but he has helped me on the road to coping with the situation.
