• BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

  I have been a regular customer at Richmond Classics for many years until today when they refused to accept a credit note towards a sale item jacket. So not only have they lost a much bigger sale today, I will never buy from there again. What a shame!! This is such a rogue way to make you buy another unwanted item.

• WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

  Placed an order here on a Sat evening. Nothing happened until the following Wednesday when I received a call from someone called Daniel. He was calling to tell me that they had got their prices wrong on their website and so they had to increase my cost etc...surely this was their fault! To make things worse I was then told that one of the items I ordered was now out of stock. They had clearly sold this item in the 4 days since I placed my order. I decided to reduce my order but continue with 4 items. Then to rub salt in the wound I received an email telling me that another item from my order had also been sold!!!! These people really have never heard of customer service! I can honestly say that I will never shop here again no matter how good the product or price is, this is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Richmond Classics way of making things good was to offer me a 15% discount code that could only be used on full price stuff..............WOW THANKS (NOT)! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU SEEK GOOD SERVICE AND EASE OF SHOPPING AS THESE IDIOTS ARE PAINFUL!

  I love this shop, it has everything under one roof! Ladies, men and a younger section. Great atmopshere, clothes and staff. They are so kind and make you feel extremely comfortable. Really love it in there.

  Both me and my partner shop at Richmond Classics on a regular basis and adore the staff and the clothes. Service is friendly and the staff know their stuff. Really personable service with new things coming in all the time. Recommend!

• Absolutely appalling. Very RUDE staff

  I have shopped at Richmond Classics on several occasions, NEVER again. I went in to buy some DIesel Jeans and I've never encountered such rude and indifferent customer service in a long time. AVOID. In fact I found the exact jeans I was looking for on the internet more cheaply and with next day delivery.
