    Recently I have "missed" two appointments. This is not down to me - the first apptmt i thought i missed but the second may have proved me wrong as my daughter saw the engineer walking along the path towards my house, she then moved the dog to another room in order to let him in when he knocked. However, this did not occur as she stood by door ready to answer it but instead of knocking he put a missed apptmt note through the door.
