My first experience of Rags was an off-the-street hair consultation. Being of mature age I was apprehensive and assumed that at best would be told have a cut and a "blue" rinse. The young stylist, with his designer stubble and red streaked hair put me at my ease. He listened to what I wanted, past experiences (good and bad) and advised what would look good and what to avoid. He even advised on how to care for my new style at home. This salon cares about its customers, and takes time to listen and advise. They may be a little bit on the expensive side but you are paying for their extreme professionalism. The care and attention is excellent. You leave the salon with that "WOW" factor.
