Definitely The Best In Bournemouth
I know many people that have had tattoos in various places around town, and I thought it best to check the standards before getting mine sorted out, it was the quality of Kellys that definitely shone through the most. I've had mine done there and it's really good quality - I love it. I'd recommend the place any time, he's a very talented man, the place is very hygenic and the prices are cheap for what your getting!
