• overstocked, not nice for the animals

  whenever i go in there they have a terible stench next to the fish of amonia, this means there fish dont get gravel vac as often as they should( once a week) their reptiles and fish are overstocked, they keep species where they shouldnt be, axolotls with fish and in tropical settings! amongst others, they gave my friend some bad advice which led her to believe her corn snake would last only 4 to 5 years and would stay very small, also sold her a pet which she clearly knew nothing about! they have some fish with health problems such as massive oscars in tiny tanks that has clear signs of hole in the head, a disease fish get when they dont develop properly due to a tank being to small for them! this disease is very painful for the fish and fish with it should be put down! also they loose snakes and other reptiles, i heard them comment on how they lost a snake and its "probably just dead ouit the back" which is absolutly horrible and they should as a pet shop make sure they dont do things like that! they also stock wild caught animals which is ethinacly wrong but its up to personal opinion on the matter! i hope you take the time to consider other pet shops around the aread and not buy from them, for fish you have pets at home and mainden head aquatics and for reptiles who is better than reptiles plus!

  they have always been brilliant they give sound honest advice they will take pets off your hand you dont want and pass on pets free that others dont want all their animals are always happy and healthy

• people always mention bad

  they never mention the good side like if you need help or advice they will give it i havent seen them shut down you must be competition to them im disabled couldnt take care of my snakes no more but loved them dearly shop owner gave me a fair price took them and will rehome them . so how can it be as bad .regards rob
