spectrum energy water heating system

our system was installed in 93 and has been trouble free since then in spite of moving house when the engineers came up from Bournemouth and refitted it. My only complaint is that I would like to add 4 more tubes but can't get in contact with the company.

Spectrum Energy Ltd

I had Spectrum Energy install solar heating in August 2000.Within 8 mths it exploded gushing hot water over two gardens.After an argument it was allegedly repaired only to explode again last May. After further arguments an engineer called and reluctantly admitted that it was installed wrongly causing these explosions.They agreed to repair, but despite Emails Telephone calls and letters they still havn't done anything. I now have passed it to solictors and trading standards. I believe that they are not in business antmore, but the Directors still run Companies with similar names
