Poor Food Poor Service
Visited 3/8/07 lunch time most dishes nearly empty some completely empty no rice or noodles. Staff chatting with friends at back of resturant. No table service to order drinks. Offer customers complained and refused to pay. Not the Ultimate eating experience they claim.
