• Owens & Porter terrible

  owens and poretr and by far the worst company i have ever come across. rude, arrogant, flippant are just a few terms that come to mind. I have to say they are also racist and continously discriminate against other cultures in many blocks acroos bournemouth....advice- dont use them

• Owens & Porter Owens and Porter

  Contrary to other reviews I have found them to be very helpful. I have only good impressions so far in my dealings with them as Chairman of an RTM Company for the block that they manage.

• Owens & Porter Unhelpful and unpleasant

  I have to agree with the other reviewers on this site. I continually find the staff at Owens and Porter to be surly, unhelpful and more than a little arrogant. I don't normally like quoting cartoons, but as Bart Simpson once said, this firm both sucks and blows. The only exception is Monica, and the Owens's would be well advised to watch how she deals with clients and learn a thing or two.

• Owens & Porter EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPLEASANT

  The people that work for this business could use an intense crash course in customer service. They are rude, unhelpful and horribly nasty.

  The standard of staff employed is appaling. I had an enquiry regards outstanding ground rent to be paid. I had not been made aware of this untill my mortgage lender sent me a letter. When I spoke with Mr Lainson at O &amp; P, he was flippant and rude. <P></P> <P>
