Family-run busy italian restaurant & wine bar. Est in 1996. Live music weekly. Exceptional food, with service to match. Large parties catered for
Any Specialist Products or Services?Traditional Italian menu with a modern twist. We have a large wine bar area with wide range of wines, spirits & cocktails. Live music 3 nights a week. Warm, friendly atmosphere suitable for for all ages.
I m Italian and I have to say that this restaurant is Italian only in the name. The cook is from Spain and the owners are Persians. Its exepensive but the food is not worth that price. I have to admit that unfortunately I didnt find any taste of real Italy there. What was also not really nice - I heard a conversation between the owner and staff and he didnt want to pay them. What I can advise, there is another Italian restaurant in Charminster, which is much better than this one. saluti
I love Charminster and the restaurants as there is a really nice cosmopolitan feel everywhere you go. Peppino’s is one of those places you can just go back to time and time again. It has a lovely atmosphere, very lively, vibrant and extremely fun.The pizzas are amazing and all the food is extremely good value for money. There is a good selection of Pizzas, pastas and other mains, in fact there is too much to choose from and gives me lots of indecision. They also do special nights with live music which makes a nice change. You need to book these nights well in advance though but it’s worth it.

Peppino's is a very established retaurant, having been located in Charminster for quite a few years now. It does seem to get better year on year, and I much enjoyed a recent visit there as opposed to my first one many years ago. The service is good and the food authentic; the restaurant itself is lovely and has a very good atmosphere. Charminster is a lovely place and if you don't like italian, you are sure to find something else to eat there as it is very cosmopolitan in feeling and lately restaurants seem to be springing up on every corner.
