Have the opportunity to be coached by one of our many national and world record holding strength athletes. At 180 we pride ourselves on having not only the most knowledgable trainers, but also ones that are still competing on a national, European and world stage.
Our team comprises of an IPF World champion and world record holder in the Bench Press, Ladies Masters British Champion and World Bronze medalist, Junior British champion and numerous other power lifting and weight lifting medals.
However it doesn't just stop there, other trainers are competitive paddle boarders, semi-professional footballers and ultra marathon runners and cyclists. So whatever your sport we are here to help to break PB's, improve your physiques and more.

We are fortunate to have a knowledgeable team of trainers and coaches who are happy to share their time with you and help you reach your goals. Sports rehab also available.

Going to the gym used to be running on the treadmill then job done. The amazing team at 180 Degrees Bournemouth got me lifting weights, (which I thought was not cool for a woman, boy was I wrong- love every minute of it now-:), they plan excises to suit ones needs, support, motivate, and friendly as well- (Normally at the end of the session when they are not asking you to do 20 squats) . Last week I joined the strong and sassy afternoon sessions it is hard but, I feel fabulous and full of energy. Thank you so much. Mae Jones
Carlsberg don't do gyms but... On a serious note, a small friendly gym with excellent personal trainers who are always happy to give advice and help you achieve your goals. For anyone looking looking to lose weight and increase their overall strength and condition I cannot recommend their programs highly enough! The sessions and nutrition advice are first rate and I can back up their claims of 20lbs in 8 weeks having actually lost 25lbs (11.2kg) in a little under 8 weeks. Dan Lammin
